Megan Pantella

Interior design, real estate and travel are longstanding passions of mine. I first obtained my Texas real estate license when I was 20 while working for real estate firm and attending college. I allowed that license to expire years ago, but my love for real estate never faded.

For the next 20+ years, I was in the commercial construction industry specializing in interior architectural products for construction. I was a Project Manager for 14 years and then 7 years in technical sales.

My daily interactions were with world-class general contractors, subtrades, architects and designers. I was involved in major commercial projects in Texas and throughout the US, Saudi Arabia, Bermuda and Mexico. It was a fulfilling career for which I am forever grateful.

The next logical step for me was to move forward and obtain my real estate license and help others with their property investments and real estate journeys. I’m thrilled to be a part of eXp Realty.

I am licensed in both New Mexico and Arizona. My area of focus in northern New Mexico is the ski and golf community of Angel Fire. Reach out for market data, property searches and a local referral partner.

I have recently relocated to the acttive 55+ community of Sun City, Arizona. My focus here is the Sun City, Sun City West and West Valley region.

While my focus will be the Sun City region, I'm happy to partner and work referrrals within AZ and NM.
