Kelly Maynard

I am the Broker and Owner of Maynard Properties.NET, a real estate company in the greater north valley of the sun. We serve Phoenix, Desert Hills, New River, Anthem, Cave Creek, Black Canyon City, and the west valley.

I have been a full-time Realtor since 2005, and the Broker/Owner of Maynard Properties.NET since 2011. My company specializes in residential resale, and land sales.

Our mission at Maynard Properties.NET is to provide our clients with the best possible service, expertise, knowledge, and care that we can provide. We value our clients and go beyond the closing to continue to build a relationship for life.

As a brokerage we diligently seek sales associates whose ideals and values match ours. We specialize in training our Associates to be successful by making their first sale within their first 30 days, and continuing that success throughout their career.
