About My Business--
Real Estate is my passion. Where else can you enhance your net worth using such a small amount of your own money as when you buy Real Estate? I’ve been investing since 2001. My license was issued in 2004. Because I've been through a few RE cycles, I have listed &/or sold most types of real estate. I am experienced in selling land, homes, investments, bank owned properties and short sales. I’m a dedicated, full time, West Valley Realtor.
All listings are aggressively marketed with a multi layered program. Just a few activities are: Regularly updating my websites and syndicating to 39 other sites. Postcards are sent to surrounding homes. A QR code and text marketing campaign is put in place with a sign rider & flyers.
