He has completed well over $200 million in volume and 1000’s of transactions including sales and leasing of multifamily/investment properties. After graduating in 1995 with a law degree, Cass decided to start his own real estate businesses. He owned/operated his own commercial brokerage for 17+ years, with up to 15 agents. As well, he owned/operated a large-scale multifamily property management company (up to 600 units under management). Over a 15 year period, Cass acquired approximately 475 properties individually, including hundreds of multifamily properties from 4-94 units and office buildings. Most of the properties were value-add. He project managed each turnaround and re-positioning. A few years ago, Cass obtained his MBA with a Real Estate emphasis to further improve the value he brings to each transaction and client involved.

Knowledge is power. He brings to the table a unique skill-set and pedigree as a commercial broker that is arguably unmatched in the industry. His financial acumen, sharpened negotiation skills, and abilities to advise on multifamily/investment properties from A-Z has led to many strong relationships and repeat clients.
