Doris had a childhood dream of becoming a Fashion Designer. She fulfilled that dream by attending Louise Salinger School of Designs and College of Alameda School of Design and she received an AA Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising and Marketing. She worked in the Fashion Industry for a short period of time producing her own lines.

While putting Fashion Design on hold. Doris decided to return to school to study Real Estate; she earned an AA Degree in Real Estate & Business. She now holds a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Arizona (Sun City) and California (San Francisco). Doris decided to own her owned Mortgage Company specialized in Residential loans in San Francisco, CA for over 15+ years. She retired the Mortgage Company in 2006. Presently, Doris is founder/CEO for DMW Realty (Residential Brokerage) in the State of Arizona and California. DMW Realty in the San Francisco, California has been active selling Real Estate properties for over 20+ years.

Doris, recently opened Flat Rate Realty Phoenix in Sun City, Arizona. Doris received her Accredited Stager Professional (ASP) in Arizona in which she opened the company name Sun City Home Staging by Doris to provide professional staging service.

Doris loves working with people in getting the work done, and she works hard at it. Doris feels that if she keeps her customers satisfied, they will show a sense of commitment and loyalty. Doris's motto is "WE ARE HERE TO SERVE YOU".
