Alicia Milton

I'm a proud graduate of California State University Los Angeles with a degree in Business Administration and emphasis in Human Resources. I've had a variety of experiences focused in and around the real estate field. Before moving to Arizona in 2004, I worked with the Rose Bowl Operating Company at the world-famous Rose Bowl Stadium. For over five years I developed, managed, ran marketing for, and improved the leasing, maintenance, and events for the luxury suites.

After moving to Arizona I earned my Arizona real estate license. I've learned from and worked with CBRE and Colliers, two of the largest commercial real estate firms in the valley. I swiftly advanced from a Commercial Property Assistant to Property Manager, managing 1M square feet of land, retail, industrial, and office product concurrently. Now a seasoned agent on the brokerage side, heading into my 7th year with KW Commercial (KWC) I am responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate. I've represented and acted as a mediator between buyers and sellers, tenants and owners.

I leverage my 25+ year experience of commercial real estate for industrial, retail, multifamily, land, and office product for new and seasoned Owners. Under KWC my goal is to ensure my clients enjoy “A First class experience in Commercial Real Estate”. Our concierge-style of real estate provides relationship-based valuable resource contacts we extend to our clients.

Outside of work I enjoy multifamily acquisitions with my family and close friends, spending time with my family, church family, serving within the community, and various sports and concert events.
