Phil Richardson has made his home in Arizona since 1987. He and his wife, Julie, have been married 32 years. They have four sons, and 10 grandchildren. He has been involved in real estate in the area since 1993. In 2002 he was awarded the Realtor of the Year award by the Glendale-West Maricopa Board of Realtors. He has served on the Glendale-West Maricopa Board of Directors for eight years, and served as President in 2005.During his Presidency, the merger with lake Pleasant took place, forming WeMAR. Served as National Association of Realtor as a Director, Arizona Association of Realtors Director, and Region 2 Vice President. I have served on the Wickenburg Planning and Zoning Commission for seven years, with two years as Chairman. Wickenburg Town Council, Desert Caballeros Board of Directors, Wickenburg Economic Development Committee, and Wickenburg By-Pass Oversight Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and sometimes he gets to play a round of golf.
