Gregory Thorell

Greg started his banking career in 1992 as a Management Trainee with FirstBank Holding Company of Colorado. During his six years with FirstBank, Greg was ultimately promoted to Vice President and ran one of the Bank’s busiest locations in Castle Rock, Colorado. In 1998, Greg moved to the Phoenix area and started his mortgage lending career with State Savings Bank. Over the last 20 years, Greg has been highly successful servicing his customers because of his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and focus on what is best for the customer given their specific situation and needs. He has established himself as a loan officer who can handle all of your home financing needs. With his experience as a mortgage loan originator and a manager of the Bank’s servicing and construction departments, Greg has the ability to guide a customer through the entire lending process. He has the ability to handle your purchase and refinance transactions and has extensive experience handling lot loans, one-time close construction loans, and spec home construction loans. Greg is a very good portfolio lender and can put deals together that others find difficult to get done. Greg is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Skilled in construction loans, remodel loans, lot loans, purchase and refinance transactions. Ability to underwrite portfolio loans. Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor's of Science with a focus on Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
